Mr. Venkatesh Ramaswamy

Mr. Venkatesh Ramaswamy is Senior Vice President and he is heading IT Application Development for CCIL.
During his tenure since 2017 at CCIL, while leading the IT Application Development and Support function, Venkatesh has directed and managed a range of projects such as new product/platform rollouts, functionality development, technical improvements/upgrades, optimizations from performance perspective and initiatives to improve the security posture of IT systems. In October 2024, he was appointed as Head of IT department at CCIL.
Venkatesh has over 25 years of experience entirely focused on providing IT solutions to the global financial services industry. He contributed to a variety of roles across Application Development and Support, Project Management, Business Analysis and IT Consulting. Prior to CCIL, he worked at Oracle Financial Services Software Limited and BNP Paribas India Solutions Private Limited, where he gained considerable exposure to global financial services organizations and their best IT practices.
Venkatesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Mumbai and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Information Management) from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.
