Mr. Dinesh Phogat is Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for CCIL and its subsidiaries. 

Mr. Dinesh Phogat has over 25 years of work experience and held lead positions in Information Security, Information Systems Audit and Information Technology domain with a demonstrated history of working in Banking and Financial Market industry.

Dinesh has been associated with CCIL since 2020 and has introduced cyber security initiatives to enhance overall Information security posture of the organisation. He is responsible for Information security strategy, strengthening cybersecurity capabilities and harnessing next generation Cyber security monitoring solutions.

Prior to joining CCIL, he has also worked with Yes Bank Ltd. and IDBI bank Ltd.
Dinesh holds B.E. (Comp. Science) degree from Karnatak University and M. Tech (IT) degree from University of Hyderabad with specialization in Banking technology and Information Security from IDRBT. He is a Technology Professional with CISM, CISA, CEH, ISO27001 LA credentials and experienced in evaluating and analyzing information security risk and implementing information security strategies.
