Ms. Ipsita Saha is a Vice President and Head of Human Resources & Administration at CCIL.
Ms. Ipsita Saha heads the HR & Administration function for CCIL and it's subsidiaries. She has been associated with the organization since 2016 and successfully led the HR Transformation journey at CCIL.
She has over 20+ years of experience in diverse industries i.e. Automobiles, FMCG, and BFSI in entire gamut of HR function including HR Policies and Strategy, Organizational Development, Performance Management, HR Transformation, Business HR, etc.
In the past, she has worked with Hindustan Unilever Limited, Mahindra & Mahindra, and SBI General Insurance.
She is an MBA in HR and completed certification programmes in HR Analytics and conducting Assessment Centers.
